Social Document is the new Black in engaging with documents
It can be challenging when engaging with the public (or internally) on a document that has multiple pages, especially when trying to get a message across to them. The solution is social documents. Social documents are online PDF documents that have additional information layers such as information pop-ups, links, images, videos, street views, surveys and other multimedia embedded in the document. Social documents also enable commenting and discussions directly on top of the document making it easier to engage.
Target audience: Community engagement practitioners and project managers and officers that need feedback or engagement on longer documents from a larger audience.
